1. Timeless. 2. Not contained within nature. 1 Kings 8:27 But will God indeed dwell on earth? Behold, heaven and the heaven of heavens cannot contain You. How much less this temple which I have built. (NKJ)

3. Not excluded from nature. Ps 135:6 The LORD does whatever pleases him, in the heavens and on the earth, in the seas and all their depths. (NIV)

4. Aware of and able to touch all of creation at the same time at all times.
