Perhaps there is not a simple or single exact answer to the question "what is leadership?" Leadership might be different in different situations. Leadership in the business world might be very different than leadership in the church. The world might value aggression and self-promotion in a leader, the church would value service and humility. In most contexts, one of the constants of leadership must be accepting responsibility, being reliable.
