Yes, the annointing recorded in Matt 26, John 12 and Mark 14 must be one event. The annointing in Luke 7 was an earlier event. In the three accounts, Matt and Mark had just mentioned 2 days before the Passover (Matt. 26:2) while John mentioned 6 days before the Passover (John 12:1). In terms of the time of the annointing itself, each of the gospels could be understood to mention it in reference to the location, and surrounding events, rather than the particular day when the feast occurred (Matt. 26:6, Mark 14:3, John 12:2). However, John's wording seems more likely to indicate the particular day of the event in this case, and it is likely that the feast and annointing took place on the evening of the Sabbath before Jesus entered the city on the donkey on the first day of the week. All three mention the imminent betrayal by Judas, and Matthew and Mark seem to tell the story in the context of the time of the betrayal (when Judas went to the priests).
