You asked a simple question so I gave you an answer that included a few scriptures. "'We have the coming of His kingdom with power...' I suspect that you are referring to the Transfiguration here. Three Jews (plus Jesus), mountain-climbing and seeing a vision for a few seconds hardly fulfills this prophecy. And when, 'before the people now living have all died', did the darkening of the sun and moon, and the stars leaving their orbits occur?" The Kingdom of God came with power on Pentecost, when the Holy Spirit descended upon the apostles. They received power from on high, like Jesus had told them they would. And they went forth performing miracles and bringing people into the kingdom of God. The sun was darkened on the day Jesus died. And everyone of the people that Jesus was talking to were still alive, except Judas. As for the second coming, well, since I am still here, no I guess it hasn't come yet. Because we know the world will be destroyed in fire at that time. I am a member of the Kingdom of God, as administered by his Son, who is on God's throne. The only one that can provide salvation, and redemption of sins. If you would like to go over it verse by verse, feel free, and I will willingly put forth things as I see them, but don't expect fancy words, or the opinions of scholars.
