The fact that there are few Atheists committing altrusitic deeds, which seems like quite a assumption, does not change the value of the ones who do. I would be curious where you found out about the number of atheists doing good deeds. I did not even know that they recorded that sort of thing. And if the only way to heaven is through forgiveness, not deeds, then heaven is not filled with good people, just ones who asked forgiveness. This sours some of my concepts a bit. I am zstill not sure why God even set the system up in such a way. Did God just create us so we coudl choose him? Almost sounds like a self esteem issue.
