That is where we must part ways. We did nothing to deserve the knowledge of good and evil, because of that knowledge we are doomed to failure and sin. How can that not be a punishment? God could have given everyone the choice to decide if they wished to eat of the tree against his wishes, but instead God punished us all witht he knowledge. It seems somehow unbalanced to me. More later perhaps.
